April 7, 2008 marks the 75th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition on beer which was the precursor to the full repeal of Prohibition and the beginning of effective state-based regulation that began with the passage of the 21st Amendment on December 5, 1933. This is a great time for distributors to tell our story. NBWA has created this toolkit to help you publicize this important anniversary in your state or community. It includes historical lowlights from Prohibition and highlights the repeal, including 75 years of effective state-baed alcohol regulation. Traveling Panels The 8' x 3' panels (shown below) artistically illustrate "then" and "now" while highlighting the contributions and strengths of today's distributors.
