Registration instructions:
The registration fee for this meeting will cover costs for all Legislative Conference functions. Registration fees must be paid in advance. Please make your check payable to NBWA or include your MasterCard or Visa information on this form.
Hotel Reservations:
★The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is the official hotel for the 2006 Legislative Conference. The address is 400 New Jersey Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001.
★The Hyatt will be directly handling all room reservations. Call the Hyatt Regency Reservations Department at 202-737-1234 and identify yourself as an NBWA participant. The room rate is $253 per night.
★NBWA encourages you to make hotel reservations early, as the hotel will sell out quickly. The last day to make reservations is March 16, 2007, however the NBWA guest room block at the Hyatt can sell out prior to that date. Don’t delay. Once the block is sold out, rooms and rates can not be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:
NBWA must receive written notice of cancellations by Fax or letter no later than April 6, 2007, to issue a 100 percent refund. From April 7 through April 20, 2007, a $100 per person administrative fee will be assessed for all cancellation notices received in writing. After April 20, 2007, no refunds will be issued.
