Alexandria, Va. - Today the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) announced a new record in attendees for its upcoming 66th Annual Convention and Trade Show. Already, the event has 3,142 attendees registered, which is more than the admirable goal NBWA set for itself last year. NBWA is also offering a record 27 education seminars during the Convention.
"This year's Convention and Trade Show will undeniably turn out to be the largest and most important beer industry event for 2003," said President David Rehr. "The Trade Show floor has been expanded, attendance is booming and the industry is buzzing with excitement."
This year's Convention and Trade Show is set to be the largest ever, bringing beer wholesalers, brewers, retailers and industry representatives together October 12-15 at the Paris and Bally's Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada.
NBWA will offer on-site complimentary registration for media representatives who have not yet registered for the Convention and Trade Show and plan to cover the event in their respective trade publications. NBWA will also host a press room in the Paris Hotel's Chablis Room with special features such as:

Message boards announcing breaking news or Convention press events;

Opportunities and space for conducting one-on-one interviews with guest speakers, NBWA leadership, exhibitors and wholesalers;

Media representatives will also have the opportunity to attend a press roundtable with internationally recognized authority on public opinion research and Wilson Research Strategies President Chris Wilson, where he will discuss the results of NBWA's recently conducted public opinion survey.
