NBWA’s 74th Annual Convention and Trade Show at Caesars Palace is quickly approaching, so register today to be in Las Vegas October 16-19! The NBWA Annual Convention provides one of the best opportunities to bring everyone in the beer industry together for conversation, insights and, of course, a cold beer. Join NBWA in fabulous Las Vegas to hear from industry experts about the latest developments and catch up on the issues impacting the beer industry. 

Here are five highlights you won’t want to miss:

1)  Distributor Member Meeting - Distributor members should be sure to arrive by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16 for the Distributor Member Meeting. This face-to-face meeting will provide an off-the-record forum for candid conversation about the most pressing issues facing distributors today. 

2)  Welcome Reception – Kick off the Convention and Trade Show with a fun-filled evening at the Caesars Palace Pool from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on October 16. Enjoy catching up with friends while tasting delicious food and savoring a variety of ice cold beer.

3)  Trade Show - Every odd-numbered year, the Convention and Trade Show are held simultaneously in Las Vegas, giving beer distributors the opportunity to interact with brewers and vendors and make valuable contacts for future business needs.  Visit this year’s two-story Trade Show to see products and services from 250 different exhibitors!

4)  Education Seminar Program - NBWA is excited to bring attendees a comprehensive Education Seminar Program featuring a wide variety of seminars ranging from sales to warehousing and many other distributor hot topics. Get your ticket to one of these 23 educational seminars that focus on distributor needs!

5) Exciting Speakers – The exciting lineup of speakers at this year’s General Session includes former President and CEO of Walmart, Lee Scott, who will provide his perspective and take audience questions as he discusses the leadership, innovation and business strategies that led Walmart to be the successful retailer it is today. President and CEO of MillerCoors LLC, Tom Long, will discuss supplier-distributor relationships and how to chart growth leveraging innovation despite the challenges facing the U.S. beer market driven by high unemployment and economic challenges. Eric Greitens – Navy SEAL, award-winning author and noted humanitarian – will deliver motivational remarks on leadership, team building, overcoming adversity and the benefits of service to others.
