CT: State may soon allow liquor sales on Sundays

Alcohol is banned in Connecticut on Sunday's to the extent that you can't buy it over the counter. Liquor stores are closed. Supermarkets cover their beer. That may be about to change. Governor Dannel Malloy is in favor of allowing liquor sales on Sunday, as it has the potential to raise over $8.5 million a year in taxes.
