KS: Grocers, liquor store owners at odds over bill

A bill to expand alcohol sales for grocers and other retailers in Kansas has small-business owners squaring off against each other. The bill, opposed by retail liquor store owners, would allow grocery and convenience stores to begin selling full-strength beer, wine and spirits.
