PA: Turzai: No liquor bill until the fall at the earliest
A bill that would privatize Pennsylvania's more than 600 state liquor stores is on hold until the fall, House Majority Leader Mike Turzai reported. Preoccupied by the debate over the state budget, Turzai reported that he wasn't able to put together the votes to get his proposal, which would have scrapped the state system and eventually created some 1,100 one-stop wine, liquor and beer stores.
