SC: Hotline created to fight underage drinking in Darlington County

With Darlington County, South Carolina, having one of the highest rates of underage drinking in the state, Darlington County's Community Action for a Safer Tomorrow (CAST) Coordinator reports that the organizations new hotline will allow anyone in the county to call and report places where they believe underage drinking is taking place. Callers can also report a business that they believe is selling or serving alcohol to minors. Calls that require action will be turned over to local law enforcement.
