Non-alcoholic beers to try this month | NBWA: America's Beer and Beverage Distributors

The technology to produce non-alcoholic beer has advanced immensely in the past few years. New processes like special yeast strains, reverse osmosis, membrane filtration and vacuum distillation have created a new breed of NA beer that retains much more of its original character. And the styles have also expanded to include stouts, IPAs, wheat ales and several others. The Star Tribune has rounded up a list of their favorite non-alcoholic brews to try as we near the middle of January.
